This is a matured wide leaf form Monstera Adansonii with notable double fenestrations. There is a wonderful amount of new growth forming and this plant is in beautiful shape and health. 
 
General Care:
Allow the top 1-2" of soil to dry out and then water through. Dial back watering during the autumn and winter season when the plant enters dormancy. Do not allow the soil to remain soggy wet for long periods to avoid root rot. Adansoniis will survive in moderate lighting conditions but thrive in bright-indirect sunlight. You may allow the leaves and vines of this plant to trail downwards but to enoy more large and robust leaves, use a trellis or a moss pole to allow the plant to climb up.
