  • Plant Help: The plant I purchased looks stressed out and I need help, what do I do?"
    We're here for you! We offer our plant community free tips and advice as part of our Customer Care program. Please visit our "Contact" page and leave us a brief and concise message indicating your plant concern, remedies you may have tried on your plant, plant care history (previous problems with your plant), and any other beneficial information that might help us understand what's going on. We'll be sure to get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Special Delivery: I want to surpise my loved one with a plant - do you offer a special delivery service?
    We love this idea and gesture so much. Though we will need to prioritize our standard delivery schedule and keep up with our daily operations, we'd still like to see if we can try to accommodate special requests where we can - but no guarantees! Please reach out to us directly via our "Contact" page and leave us a brief message on which plant(s) you would like to be delivered, day and time, and to where (San Francisco, Daly City, Colma, Pacifica, Brisbane, South San Francisco, or San Bruno only).
